Our team spent three days in Phuket. Nothing can compare with spending a few days relaxing and enjoying each other’s company and building team spirit. This teambuilding event actually fuelled new energy throughout our company. Be it at work or socially we feel like members of a family, which is one of the reasons of the success of Samui Estate Corporation. As Khun Heng puts it “’mutual aid’ and ‘support’ are key words to making our daily work easier and this trip just brought us to be even closer.

We got to see each other in “real life” eating delicious seafood, dancing on Patong Beach and singing karaoke. The trip highlighted the importance of communication and teamwork. It was a way for the staff to show their union in an enjoyable way. We all look foward to the next one.
