The Quick Path to Success by Khun Heng

Khun Heng has done it again; launching a brand new product to the island. Having been a member of REBA (Real Estate Broker Association) for three years now, Khun Heng came up with the idea to try to regulate the standard to real estate practices on the island by introducing a real estate broker course.
The course took place at Samui Palm Beach Resort on the 9th to the 10th of December 2006 from 8.30am til 5pm, with a final Graduation Ceremony on the 10th. The Broker Curriculum is from REBA, giving all participants the opportunity to get licensed and receive a certificated from the Ministry of Education.

The first Seminar contained some of the following topics: Real Estate Agent, Opportunity to become rich for an Agent, Thai Laws for Agents, Technique, evaluation and a simple way to analyse property, the kinds of customers to seek on a client data base, how to open & close deals… to name but a few. The whole course was conducted in Thai language and drew a total of 49 people into attendance.

The second Seminar will take place in mid 2007, and there will be two courses conducted per year.
