Bang Rak Balinese Residence is located in the middle of Bang Rak Bay, a quiet beach in the Bophut district, Koh Samui, Thailand. The project occupies approximately 40 Rai (64,000 sqm) of slightly sloping hillside land.

The architectural design of the Bang Rak Balinese Residence reflects the architects’ sense of blending the elegance and comfort of tropical architecture with the functionality of contemporary living.

Altogether the project comprises of 54 plots in total and a huge area for facilities as a restaurant, fitness area, spa and even a small hotel.

We offer our clients the choice between 3 standard Thai-Balinese designed private villas, complete with tropical landscaped garden, decoration ponds and private swimming pool. These designs are 2 and 3 bedroom designs; however, we can provide a totally custom designed villa, should the client prefer for instance more bedrooms or larger living room, as long as the villa is in the same style as others. At this point, the sizes of our available land plots range approximately from 600 sqm to 1,000 sqm

Regarding the purchase price, the client simply combines the price of the selected land plot plus the price of the selected villa type. In short, the combinations of the land and the villa prices start at approximately 14 million THB ( GBP 200,000) and can go up to approximately 20 million THB (GBP 285,000).

The Sela-type villas are single-storey properties with two bedrooms. We create a homey atmosphere by designing it close to the ground and placing a cozy courtyard and a swimming pool in the middle for its residents to share joyful activities.

The Arpa-type villas are two-storey properties with three bedrooms for larger families. This villa type provides its residents with three spacious bedrooms. The inner courtyard is roomy enough to fit an outdoor Jacuzzi together with a swimming pool and a lovely tropical-style pavilion.
