"Let me tell you a true fairy tale.
About one year ago my wife and I decided to find a place where we could build and own a house in Thailand to spend our time as a retired couple, especially during the cold and dark season in Sweden. Our first choice was Koh Samui. For many reasons including it being small with it’s own airport and still with a feeling of real Thailand. After having met with a lot of companies, with their business in there pockets, we decided to find a company who were recognised and licensed and we found Samui Estate. We made an appointment with Mr Heng.
After a meeting at his office where he really researched
into what we were looking for, he suggested to us that we go to see one of his latest projects, Narayan Heights. When we were up on the plot we made up our mind on the spot and booked two plots!And believe it or not we made all agreements by a hand shake and signed all documents one month later. I didn’t think that something like that existed today. So here I stand with two Chanot titles in my hand, 8 months later and we are going to start building our first house 4th of January 2006.
I would also like to say thank you very much to the whole team of Samui Estate who has been so kind and helpful with us. We therefore strongly recommend the company and wish them all the best with their success in the future.
