Telemarketing Staff
About the Job
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our successful Exhibition & Telemarketing Team to promote the Company's range of exciting locations and portfolio of properties.
This is not a job for the faint-hearted! You will work in a faced paced, demanding environment meeting with prospective clients. You will be based in our fantastic call centre in Koh Samui.
Requirements for this position
The ideal candidate will be young, ambitious and with a sense of adventure. You should possess great energy and drive as well as the desire to exceed targets. As you will be the face of the Company you should have the ability to build rapport and communicate with a diverse range of people. This role is all about attitude, and is ideal if you thrive in and environment where your effort is directly related to your earning potential and success.
Also required
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, age between 20-30.
- Bachelor's Degree graduate.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English a must.
- At least 2 years's working experience within either the Real Estate Industry or Foreign Hospitality sector.
- Computer literate.
- Able to type English and Thai.
Please note, for foreign applicants, Bachelors Degree is not necessary.
We Offer
This is a commission based role and you should be comfortable wording on a self employed basis and being responsible for determining your earnings.
- Basic salary 10K THB per month
- Commissions of 200K THB + per month (OTE)
